BrightBio® KAIKU is waterproof, durable, and free from PFAS and toxic chemicals. It is made from renewable industrial side streams such as soybean oil and other non-edible biomass. This innovative material embodies true circularity: it is designed to be fully recyclable at the end of its lifecycle, so after use it can be repurposed into new products, setting a new benchmark for eco-conscious luxury. BrightBio® KAIKU is OEKO-TEX® certified, guaranteeing safety and sustainability without compromising aesthetics or quality.
The name KAIKU means echo in Finnish. It reflects the philosophy that every action creates an impact – and in an ideal world, everything eventually returns to its origins. The KAIKU bag will officially launch on September 17, 2025, and will be available exclusively through Lovia’s online store. Each piece will be produced on demand to avoid overproduction, reinforcing the collection’s commitment to responsible luxury.
